After working in complex neurological community-based physiotherapy in New Zealand for seven years, a move to London in 2016 saw me start up my own company to continue my passion for treating Neurological disorders. I graduated from one of the leading Physiotherapy Schools in the world (AUT) in 2011 and gained my Post Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation in 2015. I pride myself on my holistic care and am passionate about preventative management of diseases and injuries. I am a leading therapist in Parkinson's Disease and have been a practising LSVT practitioner for over five years. I believe in a functional, evidence-based approach to therapy provided in a personalised and friendly manner. 

I work alongside some of London's leading neurologists and healthcare professionals to ensure that the most evidence-based, clinically relevant treatment techniques are used to gain maximal results.   


Holly Spencer- Dunn 

Neurological Physiotherapist

Holly graduated from AUT University in New Zealand in 2013. She worked in a community-based role in Auckland City for four years, prior to making the move and settling in London. Holly is passionate about working with individuals with neurological conditions and physical rehabilitation. She is energetic and motivated about helping her clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

She has an interest in rehabilitation following stroke and improving individual function to help them retain their independence with a holistic outlook. Holly prides herself on her ongoing desire to learn and keeps up to date with the most recent evidence and research.  

Jennifer Farrell

 Neurological Physiotherapist

Jennifer graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2010, with an MSc in Physiotherapy. She also completed a BSc in Exercise and Rehabilitation in Ireland in 2007.

Jennifer brings over ten years experience across a wide range of areas but has specialised in neurology since 2013, particularly in the treatment and long-term management of stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and progressive neurological conditions. Prior to moving to London, she has gained valuable experience in Ireland, Scotland and New Zealand, where she coordinated international research into rehabilitation after a stroke.

Jennifer prides herself on her holistic approach to care, with her clients’ goals and needs being at the centre of everything she does

Elina Tripoliti

Neurological Speech & Language Therapist

Elina Tripoliti has over 20 years of experience working in the NHS, at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London. She was awarded her PhD from UCL, Institute of Neurology, in 2010, for her work in the area of speech changes following deep brain stimulation in patients with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and Dystonia.

She has co-founded the Sing for Joy choir, a charity for the promotion of music and singing for patients with PD. She provides speech and voice therapies as well as swallowing rehabilitation, using well-established methods, such as the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, the Expiratory Muscle Strength Training and others.

She lives in Sussex with her 3 children, 3 pets and her husband.
